Or in need of psychiatric treatment or special monitoring. Or neglect for non-compliance. In USA one of continuous medical education sites has religious questions as part of psychiatric assessment and treatment recommendation in case of depression. Physician has to get it right to get the credit for that teaching unit. Shame, shame, shame.
